Formed in 1987, the Cheshire Symphony Orchestra (CSO) is a civic orchestra comprised of ~50 dedicated, volunteer musicians drawn from many central Connecticut communities. Musicians range in age from high school students to retirees. Despite our varying backgrounds, we all share a passion for playing classical and pops music at our personal and collective best. From September through May, we rehearse on Monday evenings from 7:30-9:30 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Cheshire, CT and perform four concerts each year at the same location.
